JP trained in business management before entering the IT profession. His business management expertise has enabled him to view IT issues in business terms – he understands the competing needs between the “business” and the “techs”. JP has worked with most of the international merchant banks as well as major commercial and government organisations.
In 1989 JP founded JPM Networks, one of the three companies that now make up Sententia. It is a testament to JP’s business acumen that JPM Network’s customers are still with Sententia today. |
Chief Operations Officer

Neil manages Operations at Sententia. Neil started his career in accounting and finance with one of the top-three Japanese investment banks. With comprehensive experience in other industries such as manufacturing, shipping, technology, construction, and travel, Neil brings a pragmatic and flexible approach to executive management.
Neil's team ensures that Sententia’s clients receive the advice, support, and bespoke solutions required to meet their needs and give peace of mind. He also arranges finance, which helps organisations grow, meet their budgets, and reach their desired outcomes. |

Peter manages the technical services teams at Sententia. These teams include Research & Development, Professional Services, and the Cyber-Security Response and Forensics Team. Originally from a software development background, Peter has vast experience with the varied security and infrastructure challenges found in large-scale banking and financial institutions. Peter is a certified ISC/ISO27001 Lead Auditor, and specialises in cyber-security attack surfaces.
Peter’s team is renowned for its rapid response and ‘can-do’ attitude, bringing a customer-centric focus to the best-of-breed IT solutions, as well as a reassuring presence during any cyber-security incident or compromise. |
